I have been making jewels for as long I can remember. After my studies in political sciences and public law and a first job in management, my desire for creation caught up with me and the Petite Mademoiselle brand was born in 2002.
I choose and work with care noble and natural materials : fine stones, 24kt gold overlay brass, lamb and exotic skins, silk wire, antique beads and lace I found in flea markets. I love and use traditional techniques in my creating process. I never spend one day in my Parisian studio without weaving, knitting, dyeing, making macrame, working leather or embroidering. Each piece is created and handmade individually and tiny color and size variations are the result of this handcrafted process. Petite Mademoiselle's jewels are designed to be endlessly mixed and matched in a bohemian chic spirit.
Decoration enthusiast, I create, beside the jewelry, a line of objects for home with cushions, weavings, macrame pieces and various small finds. In addition, I carry out home styling missions at individuals, for shop windows or events.
I find the inspiration everywhere and all the time, in art, design, architecture, movies, flowers, in Paris where I live, Corsica where I come from, Provence where I enjoy simple life. All is inspiring...
